– Impaired adhesion: leukocyte adhesion deficiency (LAD)
– Impaired killing: chronic granulomatous disease (CGD)
Innate immunity receptors and signal transduction:
– Defects in Toll-like receptor signaling
– Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease
Complement deficiencies:
– Classical, alternative, and lectin pathways
– Lytic phase
